These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions"), collectively with the Privacy Policy and other referenced documents within this agreement (collectively referred to as the "Agreement"), establish a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "your") and Osian Overseas Consultancy, hereinafter referred to as "Osian," governing your utilization of the Services as outlined herein.

By indicating your acceptance through the appropriate button during the Services' signup process and subsequently by utilizing the Services, you are expressly consenting to be bound by the terms set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree with or accept the terms of this Agreement, we kindly request that you refrain from accessing or utilizing the services provided by Osian Overseas Consultancy.

Definitions
1.    I hereby affirm that I have accurately and comprehensively completed all the details in the registration form to the best of my knowledge.
2.    I assure Osian that I have not personally applied to any universities or colleges, either directly or through any agency, other than the details provided above. Furthermore, I confirm the authenticity of all the supporting credentials submitted with my application.
3.    I confirm that I am receiving guidance from Osian Overseas Consultancy regarding all aspects of my international education and future career prospects. I also authorize Osian Overseas Consultancy to represent my candidacy on all matters related to my admission and interests with international institutions on my behalf.
4.    I grant my consent to Osian Overseas Consultancy for sharing any information pertaining to my international education with foreign educational institutions. I permit Osian Overseas Consultancy to provide regular updates to me via SMS, email, or phone calls on my mobile or landline.
5.    I understand that the programs and courses to which I am applying at foreign universities are subject to the terms, conditions, and eligibility criteria established by the respective institutions. Osian Overseas Consultancy’s services are solely intended to assist students in securing admissions at these institutions.
6.    I confirm that I have reviewed and understood the content of the programs and courses I will be pursuing, and Osian Overseas Consultancy will not be held liable for their content.
7.    I acknowledge that Osian Overseas Consultancy does not guarantee admission to any institution and shall not be held responsible in the event of rejection or refusal for any reason. Osian Overseas Consultancy shall not be held accountable or liable under such circumstances, and no claims of any nature will be entertained.
